The Position:
The Gender Analyst will provide technical support to ensure that the gender lens is integrated in UNFPA initiatives following a culturally sensitive and human rights based approach to programming.
The Gender Analyst will provide managerial oversight to the other gender analysts in the field to ensure a cohesive unit. You will maintain collaborative relationships with government, non-government organizations, civil society, multilateral and bilateral donor agencies, United Nations Agencies, programmes and specialized agencies and other development organizations. You will work in close collaboration with the national Gender/GBV analyst, SRH analysts, Monitoring and Evaluation analysts and the rest of the staff/personnel of the Cotabato Sub-Office.
You will report directly to the Head of Sub-office in Cotabato, UNFPA Philippines
