Business groups showed their recognition of, and desire to help, solve the national population problem when key members of the Bishops-Businessmen’s Conference for Human Development (BBC), the Makati Business Club (MBC) and the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) publicly pledged to work together to propose a compromise bill on reproductive health (RH). Some were pro-RH and some were outright anti but both sides have vowed to work on a compromise.
